To help avoid raising overall service costs across the center, we apply a 3.5% processing fee to card payments (including debit). As another option, ACH / bank transfer is offered at no extra cost and is the most economical payment option. If you plan to make a payment online and did not receive an invoice with your medical record number (MRN), please contact our office and we will provide it for you.
