As a young boy, Dr. Harmon received so much benefit from Chiropractic that he decided he wanted to be a Doctor of Chiropractic. This has always been his passion! He attended the University of Utah and has a BS degree in Human Biology. After graduating summa cum laude from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1989, he settled in Boise where he has been practicing ever since. After experiencing the severe family emotional trauma of the suicide of his eighteen-year-old niece in March of 2010, the murder of his eldest daughter’s husband in March of 2011, his younger daughters started to experience depression, anxiety and insomnia. Counseling and prescription drugs weren’t helping so he decided to find other therapies to help his family. This led to expanding his education and practice to serve individuals with Neurofeedback and his passion to help others. Dr Harmon is Board Certified in Neurofeedback by the BCIA the international standard in biofeedback certification for MDs, Ph.D.’s, Psychiatrists, DOs, DCs and all healthcare professionals. He is married, father of eight children and grandfather of 21. He enjoys working out, staying fit, eating healthy, writing poetry, composing songs and spending time with his family.

He also treats digestive disorders, anxiety and depression, Lyme disease and co-tick infections, auto-immune, allergies, and much more.
“What drew me to Naturopathic medicine was a desire to help people understand their health. People’s hardware is roughly the same. We all have hearts and brains, toes and fingers, blood and tears. Yet every one of us is different. We are shaped by our genetics, our experiences, and our environment. So treating everyone as an individual is the only way I see medicine working properly. I look forward to helping you understand your own health.”

Dr. Summer Beattie is a Naturopathic Physician. Born and raised in rural Alaska – which will always hold a piece of her heart. In 2004 she received her graduate degree as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at Seattle’s Bastyr University. She spent nearly eight years in family practice and served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians before accepting a position at a specialty surgery center in Alaska.
Upon returning to Washington in 2015, Dr. Beattie pursued training with physicians and organizations setting the standard of care in Regenerative Medicine, with an emphasis in injection therapy. Other key tools of her practice include IV, ozone, photodynamic therapies, and hormone optimization. Dr. Beattie also has special interest in addressing brain health and supporting patients with chronic and complex illnesses. She has had the privilege of working with and mentoring under well-known leaders in the treatment of vector-borne, mold and toxic exposure illnesses as well as supporting patients with autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases. Collaborating with clinics to provide broader access of care to more patients looking for uniquely integrative and advanced treatments is part of the mission of One Living.
Distance care has become such an important means of access for patients to get the support they’ve needed the last couple years. Dr. Beattie is excited to be able to offer this service through telemedicine for the Karlfeldt Center.
Dr. Beattie’s experience has cultivated a deep passion for giving patients foundational resources and support for overall health and not simply offering procedures and prescriptions or generic treatment plans. Dr. Beattie builds protocols with attention to bioregulatory medicine tenets and includes the use of energetic therapies (such as sound, frequency, light) along with integrative technological and diagnostic advancements.
When not in clinic, Dr. Beattie leads a team of instructors training providers in many of the modalities she uses in practice. Equipping and building a collaboration of providers in order to make this medicine available to more patients is some of the most rewarding work Dr. Beattie does.
Her free time is spent adventuring with her two young children, husband, and dog! Outdoor activities, music, and art are a constant part of the family’s busy life.
Dr. Beattie is licensed in WA, MT, and ID.
