Cookie Policy

This policy was last modified on May 25, 2018.

Flutter and its third-party affiliates also use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our Website, online services and applications. Our goal, in these cases, is to make your experience with Flutter more convenient and personal.

Cookies and other technologies in mobile advertising services are utilized in order to control the number of times you see a given ad, deliver ads that relate to your interests and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. This helps Flutter improve the quality of its service by storing user preferences, improves search results and advertisement selection and tracks user trends.

We gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and

language, internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and click-stream data. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the Website, to learn about user behavior on the Website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Flutter and its affiliates may use this information in marketing and advertising services as well.

This Cookie Policy describes how Flutter uses cookies and similar technologies to provide, customize, evaluate, improve, promote and protect our Services. Note that any capitalized terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service. If you have any comments or questions about this Cookie Policy, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Cookies. Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser when you visit a site. They serve a variety of functions, like enabling us to remember certain information you provide to us as you navigate between pages on the Services. We use cookies on the website and associated domains of www.Flutter.com and on Flutter web and mobile applications for the following purposes:

Authentication, Customization, Security and Other Functional Cookies. Cookies help us verify your Account and device and determine when you’re logged in, so we can make it easier for you to access the Services and provide the appropriate experiences and features. We also use cookies to help prevent fraudulent use of login credentials and to remember choices you’ve made on the Services, such as your language preference.

We also use cookies to help prevent fraudulent use of login credentials and to remember choices you’ve made on the Services, such as your language preference.

Performance And Analytics. Cookies help us analyze how the Services are being accessed and used, and enable us to track performance of the Services. For example, we use cookies to determine if you viewed a page or opened an email. This helps us provide you with information that you find interesting.

If you prefer to not have data reported by Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on,

Third Parties. Third Party Services may use cookies to help you sign into their services from our Services. Any such third party cookie usage is governed by the policy of the third party placing the cookie.

Ads. We partner with third party publishers, advertising networks and service providers to manage our ads on other sites. Our third party partners may set cookies on your device or browser to gather information about your activities on the Services and other sites you visit, in order to provide you with Flutter ads. For example, if you visit Flutter and also use a social media platform, you may see a Flutter ad in your social media newsfeed or timeline.

The Website may use the Google and DoubleClick DART cookie. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Website. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to the Website and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Opting Out. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services. This opt out applies only to Flutter advertising services and does not affect interest-based advertising from other advertising networks.

You can also opt out of receiving interest-based ads from certain ad networks here (or, if you are located in the European Union, please see this).

If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, please visit the Network Advertising Initiative here: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.

Device Identifiers. We use device identifiers on Flutter web and mobile applications to track, analyze and improve the performance of the Services and our ads.

Third Party Tags. We use and manage third party tags on the Website and associated domains of www.flutter.co and on Flutter web and mobile applications. Third party tags may take the form of pixels or tracking snippets. Pixel tags, also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, are invisible tags placed on certain pages of our website but not on your computer.

When you access these pages, pixel tags generate a generic notice of that visit. They usually work in conjunction with cookies, registering when a particular computer visits a particular page. If you turn off cookies, the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous website visit. For instance, pixel tags enables Flutter to send email messages in such a format that customer can read and they tell us whether the email has been opened by the customer. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

We use pixels to learn how you interact with our site pages and emails, and this information helps us and our ad partners provide you with a more tailored experience. We use tracking snippets to capture data from your browser, make requests to a third party partner or set cookies on your device to store data. For example, if you see a Flutter ad on a social media platform and choose to use Flutter, we may use a tag to reduce the number of Flutter ads you see on that platform. We use Google Tag Manager to manage our third party tag usage. This may cause other tags to be activated which may, for their part, collect data and set cookies under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not store this data.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Cookie Policy and post it on our sites. We encourage you to check back periodically to review this Cookie Policy for any changes since your last visit.
